2025 West Overton (Scottdale) Monongahela Rye Whiskey Barrel, First Batch: “smack you in the face” whiskey flavor and aromas in a single origin espresso roasted Colombia Huila Supremo bean. Cocoa tones and cinnamon notes are its most prominent feature. Smooth and medium bodied. If you want a spectacular espresso, look no further. Dark chocolate, caramel, cinnamon, cherry, vanilla, roasted almond notes are present.
Cured for 21 days.
There is no alcoholic content in these beans. The beans are not soaked in alcohol, rather cured in an empty barrel that once contained alcohol. We cure the raw green coffee beans, then roast them.
