2024 West Overton (Scottdale) Monongahela Rye Whiskey Barrel, Mild and Mellow Third and Final Batch: subtle whiskey notes on the nose and palette in a light medium roasted Brazilian blend of Chapada and Salmo beans. Cured for 90 days.
There is no alcoholic content in these beans. The beans are not soaked in alcohol, rather cured in an empty barrel that once contained alcohol. We cure the raw green coffee beans, then roast them.
